Admittedly,
women are obsessed with soy. Do you know a single woman not trying to
get more of it in her diet? In attempts to outsmart our biological
clocks (and the impending hot flashes) we drench our cereal with
soymilk, sneak soy crumbles into the family meatloaf, and munch on soy
nuts with abandon. But here’s a newsflash; soyfoods are not just for

If you’re a parent, you’ve inevitably gone to pour milk over
the Frosted Flakes only to find it soured. It may sound silly, but one
of best things about soymilk is that it never spoils. Well almost
never; its shelf life compared to regular milk is almost infinite.
Plus it has a sweet malty flavor kids equate with a milkshake. With
school just around the corner, now is a good time to think about kids

America Adopts Soy
In 1999 the U.S. Food & Drug
Administration approved a soy health claim that sates consuming 25
grams of soy protein a day may help reduce the risk of heart disease.
Since that claim was made, the United Soybean Board's (USB) annual
report the Consumer Health Tracking Study, funded by the soybean
checkoff, has shown a 39 percent increase in the awareness of the
health benefits of soy. More on the
