Soybean Rust Hotline Archive
Using the soybean rust hotline is a great way to get the most up-to-date information on soybean rust, where it is and how it will effect Kentucky soybean producers. Thus, producers who use the information they hear on the hotline to make decisions to spray or not to spray have a new and unique way to backup their production practices.
This archive is the Kentucky Soybean Board's way to assist producers in record keeping and decision making activities. This documentation may also help assist producers support practices of why they did or did not spray for soybean rust as it relates to crop insurance purposes.
The hotline will be updated daily (or as needed)
beginning May 1, 2007, by Dr. Don Hershman, Plant Pathologist with the University of Kentucky. The Soybean Rust Hotline and Web Archive are brought to you by your soybean checkoff.
As Dr. Hershman would say, "Have a Rust Free Day!"
